Balcones del Chaparral is a new development of 2 and 3 bedroom luxury apartments and penthouses, set in 25,000 m2 of Landscaped gardens, situated close to the beach and the new horse racecourse El Hipodromo. All the apartments have panoramic Mediterranean sea views.
