Castilian Spanish (castellano) is the official language and spoken throughout Spain, along with three dialects -
Catalan (català) in Catalunya, Valencia and the Balearic Islands,
Galician (gallego) in Galicia,
and Basque (euskara) in the Basque country and Navarra.
